Robert Conser -
President and CEO email Robert Conser started his aviation career in 1959 with Eastern Airlines as pilot later becoming a CRM instructor and heading up the Pilot Entry Program. In 1991 Bob along with several other Eastern alumni started Miami Air International where he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing and grew the company into one of the premier US charter airlines with over 110 million dollars in sales. Bob brings with him thorough knowledge of all aspects of the airline industry including ground handling, aircraft maintenance, leasing, flying, and working with the FAA. |

Rob Runge -
Executive Vice President/COO email Robert Runge brings with him an assortment of experience in sales, marketing and travel. He has worked as the Director of Marketing for a publicly traded company, an account executive for Radio Advertising sales on both coasts and enjoyed his time as a top salesman with Miami Air International. His expertise in charter sales for sports teams, incentive groups and track programs combined with his experience in niche and mass marketing techniques allows him to compliment the vast experience of his fellow employees. An avid traveler, Rob recently completed a once in a lifetime sailing voyage through the Caribbean and Pacific that lasted over a year and a half. Giving him a unique perspective on the speed and convenience that JetStream International LLC charters brings to their clients. |

Noemi Freeman -
Vice President, Cruise Industry email Noemi Freeman has had 20 years of experience in the cruise and air industry. She started her career with Royal Cruise Line in San Francisco as Director of Air/Sea Operations and then moved to Seabourn Cruise Line in the same capacity. While working with Seabourn Cruise Line, she became a Certified Travel Counselor (CTC). She relocated to Miami when Seabourn merged with Cunard Line and became Director of Air Operations for both brands. Her airline background within the cruise industry gives her the expertise needed to successfully handle the demands of cruise lines for their guests in regards to airline charters and customer service. |

Bill Jones -
Vice Pres. Commerical Aircraft Leasing email Bill Jones comes to JetStream International following twenty two years of airline management experience. During the last ten years he was the General Manager and President of Chalk?s Ocean Airways. Chalk?s is the world?s oldest airline flying seaplanes from south Florida to the Bahamas. Bill is a FAA licensed Aircraft Dispatcher and he has Bachelors and Masters Degrees. He also has had extensive experience planning and operating corporate jets and turboprop aircraft. The Greater Miami Aviation Association honored Bill with the Juan Tripp Award in 2002 for outstanding leadership in international aviation. |

Matthew Chaifetz -
Vice President, Operations email Matthew Chaifetz entered the aviation industry in 1997 when he founded Innovative Travel Concepts, a leading backend services provider to travel agencies. As Chief Executive Officer, Matt grew the company into a network of over fifteen hundred accounts and in 2001 was ranked as one of the top ten young CEOs in the country by Y&E magazine. After selling the company in 2002, Matt joined JetBlue Airways where he worked in a variety of roles all focused on improving customer service and the operational efficiency of the airline. Prior to joining JetStream, Matt most recently served as Director of Air Operations for the STS Travel Group where he was responsible for overseeing the movement of tens of thousands of customers annually via charter and scheduled flying. |
