Robert Conser -
President and CEO email
Robert Conser has more than fifty years experience in the commercial aviation industry. It encompasses air carrier management, marketing and flight operations, as well as large aircraft charters and aircraft sales and leasing. Presently, he is Chairman and founder of The JetStream Group of companies, comprising JetStream Aviation Capital and JetStream International. In 1991 he was one of the founders and initial investors of Miami Air International, where he served until 2005 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Miami Air continues to be considered a premium charter airline with a fleet of Boeing 727 and 737 aircraft. Prior to forming Miami Air, he was employed by Eastern Air Lines for 31 years, rising to the rank of Captain. During his tenure at Eastern he flew the following aircraft: Lockheed L-188 and L-1011, Boeing 720 and 727, Douglas DC-9 and DC-10, and Airbus A-300. In addition, he was an instructor on the L-188, L-1011, and B-727. He also held the position of check Captain and was sole advisor to the Pilot Entry Program. |
Noemi Freeman -
Vice President, Cruise Industry email
Noemi Freeman has had 20 years of experience in the cruise and air industry. She started her career with Royal Cruise Line in San Francisco as Director of Air/Sea Operations and then moved to Seabourn Cruise Line in the same capacity. While working with Seabourn Cruise Line, she became a Certified Travel Counselor (CTC). She relocated to Miami when Seabourn merged with Cunard Line and became Director of Air Operations for both brands. Her airline background within the cruise industry gives her the expertise needed to successfully handle the demands of cruise lines for their guests in regards to airline charters and customer service. |

Bill Jones comes to JetStream International following twenty two years of airline management experience. During the last ten years he was the General Manager and President of Chalk?s Ocean Airways. Chalk?s is the world?s oldest airline flying seaplanes from south Florida to the Bahamas. Bill is a FAA licensed Aircraft Dispatcher and he has Bachelors and Masters Degrees. He also has had extensive experience planning and operating corporate jets and turboprop aircraft. The Greater Miami Aviation Association honored Bill with the Juan Tripp Award in 2002 for outstanding leadership in international aviation. |
